The 51-year-old, who was joined by singer Annie Lennox and Helen Pankhurst, granddaughter of Emmeline, on Good morning Britain, where the subject of Kim came up, once again registered his distaste for the reality TV star.

'For me, because of my absolute commitment to that issue, I’ve been to Ethopia and done things courtesy of Comic Relief.
'I'm deeply involved in the basic things like trying to get women access to education, let alone basic pay. The western world is in a bubble.'
