Apostle Suleman's alleged mistress, Stephanie Otobo, was arraigned alongside another person today at the Chief Magistrate Court in Tinubu, Lagos . The duo were arraigned on a four count charge which includes terrorism and extortion. The president of the Chief Magistrate Court granted her N100, 000 bail and ordered that she be remanded until she fulfills her bail conditions which includes a surety .
