Rivers state sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission ,Andrew A Kumapayi has been recalled for cutting the extensions of female oficers .
FRSC boss,Corps Marshal, Boboye Oyeyemi, today, ordered the immediate recall of Kumapayi and other senior officers in the state command after photos showed him cutting off their hair during parade yesterday.
He has ordered a full investigation into the matter.
