Court orders DSS to release Ifeanyi Uba in 48 hours

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Thursday ordered the Department of State Service (DSS to release the detained Chairman of Capital Oil and Gas Limited, Ifeanyi Ubah, within 48 hours.

The court ordered the DSS to release the Capital Oil and Gas chief if the agency has no case against him.

Ubah was arrested for allegedly diverting petroleum funds worth N11bn.
