Final forfeiture of about N13 billion, found in a Lagos flat has been ordered by the Federal High Court.Recall the money was found in a Lagos found in Flat 7B, Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Justice Muslim Hassan, of the Federal High court, ordered that the money be permanently forfeited to the FG since nobody has claimed its ownership.
