Court Stalls Judgement On Kidnapper Evans Until Further Notice

A Lagos Federal Court has turned down the suit seeking for fundamental rights enforcement of alleged kidnapper Evans.

Recall, the case was supposedly suppose to be decided on today, but was adjourned until September 5th.

The new date was fixed court after the Nigerian police brought applications seeking to set aside the delivering of the judgment among others.
