Unknown gunmen killed a passenger and abducted four others travelling in a commercial vehicle along the Owo-lkare road in Ondo state, yesterday.According to an eye witness, one of the passengers who put up a fight was immediately shot dead on the spot.
Reports also confirm that hours after the abduction, families of the victims were contacted to pay a ransom of N15m on each of the victim, but negotiation has however been done and the asking price has been settled atN1m each for each of the victim.
Spokesperson of the Ondo Police Command, Femi Joseph confirmed the incident, adding that investigations has alread started and the dare devil men will soon be arrested.
