Baby girl born by mentally deranged woman in Ondo named after the state's first lady

Baby girl born by a mentally challenged woman in Ondo state has received a birth certificate at Okitipupa local government council. She has been amed after the first lady of Ondo state.
The baby is currently been cared for by a social worker from a local government identified as Odunsola.
