Actress Bella Thorne showed up for the Philipp Plein NYFW runway show in a dress that got many talking.

The 19-year-old Shake It Up starlet made a literal statement with her garb, which featured the slogan Neighborhood Kings emblazoned on it in numerous places in addition to sequined flames.
