Man drinks water used in bathing the corpse of his brother to prove his innocence in the death

To prove he has no hand in the hand of his brother, a man in Delta state was made to drink water used in washing his corpse.

According to Sapele Oghenek, family members compelled the youg man to drink the water with claims that if he is innocent, the water will have no effect on him., but if otherwise there will be consequences.The person who shared the story wrote:

"Report enter studio say na last weekend dem go bury Mechuko for deir village. We hear and wash one video wey the family members for compel deir brother to drink the corpse water,wey dem use wash the deadibody,as tradition demands,in case e hand dey Mechuko death,make ground for chop am. Na d picture of when e dey drink d water dey attached to this update."
