Following her revelation she had a kidney transplant,on Friday, Selena Gomez was spotted leaving her New York City apartment with her boyfriend The Weeknd.
He was 'one of her biggest supports' during her recovery, a source told People magazine.

Selena needed a kidney transplant due to lupus, an autoimmune disease; her best friend Francia Raisa donated her kidney to her.
