ISIS threatens terror attacks on 2018 World Cup finals in Russia

ISIS chiefs have released a chilling threat to attack the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

The terrorist group have published an image of a rifle-carrying ISIS fighter and a bomb in front of a football stadium.

 The 2018 FIFA World Cup will be played across 11 cities in Russia from 14 June to 15 July, when the final will be played at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.
