It was revealed this week that 26 year old Ines Rau had landed a spot in the magazine's much-coveted centerfold, earning the title of November 2017 Playmate of the Month.
This is not her first time in 'Playboy' however, in 2014, Rau appeared nude in a 2014 spread shot that led to her pursuing a modeling career.
She began transitioning with hormonal treatments when she was 16 and had reassignment surgery shortly after that time.
