A certain Jude who lives at Anthony Village in Lagos, has been arrested by officials of the Lagos state police Rapid Response Squad last Friday for false claims.
According to reports, Jude, had drank himself to stupor, then forgot his car at a beer parlour and went home.
He woke up the next day to go make a report at the police station that his car has been stolen from his residence. Upon investigation, police discovered the car where it was parked few meters away from the beer parlour.
Police detained him briefly before they eventually let him go.
