A third year university student of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, Valerie Apondi, was found dead on Saturday at a room she booked Friday at around 8pm with her child's father.
Reports have it that the 23-year old was accused of being unfaithful by her 25-year-old boyfriend Collins Oluoch Ogweno, who has been accused of murdering her. He is said to have killed her with a machete.
The Star reports that a source who pleaded anonymity said, the paitr ussually had heated arguments and that Oluoch had before the incident, asked that Valerie move out of schooleven though she did not want to.
